How do I subscribe to a local forwarding number?
- Log in to your OneSuite account
- Select OS FORWARDING on the left side menu.
- Choose Forwarding subscription type "U.S. or Canada local number."
- Select the State/Province then area code or city.
- Choose a number among the displayed list and confirm.
Can I subscribe to a local number outside of the U.S. and Canada?
No, only U.S. and Canada phone numbers are available for subscription.
Can I transfer my own toll-free number from another service provider to OneSuite Forwarding Service?
Yes. Please follow the steps below.
- Download the Transfer Form from our web site.
- Print, fill out, and sign the form.
- Send the form along with your phone bill under your name and the toll-free number via fax to 1-888-839-8801 or email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
- The process should take 3 to 5 business days to complete. An email will be sent to you once the subscription is active.
