Any promotion or discount on OneSuite services, earned from redeemed coupons, will be displayed in your billing history under type "others," and applied to your account right after your monthly subscription fee is billed.
After the bonus is added to your Referral and Bonus Center, you may redeem the bonus once every month, only when the total amount available for redemption reaches $1.00 or more.
To redeem your bonus, please go to REDEEM BONUS under Referral and Bonus Center in My Account. Add up the bonuses and click on "Redeem my bonus." Your bonus will then be added to your OneSuite account and your account expiration date will be extended for six months from the redemption date.
Yes. Bonuses, if left unused, expire after 120 days from the day they were earned through redeeming of coupons.

Yes. Coupons with sign-up/recharge bonuses will be given to OneSuite Business Master Accounts. The Master Account can redeem the bonus and later transfer the amount to its sub-accounts.
Yes. Coupons with promotions or discounts on subscription services will be given to OneSuite Business Master Accounts and any of its sub-accounts can redeem the service coupon.
You will receive a refund for the entire portion of the purchase you paid for but not for the amount of the coupon. The coupons do not have monetary value.
