What do I do with my OneSuite coupon?

When signing up for a new account, recharging or signing up for a new service in your existing account, you can enter the OneSuite coupon code in the Coupon/Promotion Code field.

Can I use more than one coupon at a time?

No, only one coupon may be used per transaction. Also, OneSuite coupons may not be used along with other OneSuite promotions.

When and where can I find a record of the earned promotion or discount on a subscription service from the coupon I just redeemed?

Any bonus earned from redeemed sign-up/recharge coupons, will be added to your account’s Referral and Bonus Center immediately after the coupon is redeemed.

When and where can I find earned promotion or discount on a subscription service from the coupon I just redeemed?

Any promotion or discount on OneSuite services, earned from redeemed coupons, will be displayed in your billing history under type "others," and applied to your account right after your monthly subscription fee is billed.

How do I apply my bonuses, earned from the coupons, to my account?

After the bonus is added to your Referral and Bonus Center, you may redeem the bonus once every month, only when the total amount available for redemption reaches $1.00 or more.

To redeem your bonus, please go to REDEEM BONUS under Referral and Bonus Center in My Account. Add up the bonuses and click on "Redeem my bonus." Your bonus will then be added to your OneSuite account and your account expiration date will be extended for six months from the redemption date.

Do sign-up/recharge bonuses acquired from coupons expire?

Yes. Bonuses, if left unused, expire after 120 days from the day they were earned through redeeming of coupons.

How do I know if my sign-up/recharge bonuses, acquired from coupons, are nearing expiration?

Please go to BONUS SUMMARY under Referral and Bonus Center in My Account. You'll get an overview of your bonus status.

Why do I need to verify my email address to redeem sign-up/recharge bonus?

The email verification process is required as a part of the security and fraud prevention feature of our bonus redemption process. Also, since OneSuite is a web-based account, this is the only way we can communicate with our customers when necessary.

Do sign-up/recharge bonuses apply to OneSuite Business?

Yes. Coupons with sign-up/recharge bonuses will be given to OneSuite Business Master Accounts. The Master Account can redeem the bonus and later transfer the amount to its sub-accounts.

Do promotions or discounts on service subscriptions apply to OneSuite Business?

Yes. Coupons with promotions or discounts on subscription services will be given to OneSuite Business Master Accounts and any of its sub-accounts can redeem the service coupon.

What happens if I pay for an item with an OneSuite coupon and then the payment is reversed?

You will receive a refund for the entire portion of the purchase you paid for but not for the amount of the coupon. The coupons do not have monetary value.
